OptOut is a software developer, and his technological curiosity drove him to read about bitcoin first. That started his long, multi-year journey towards understanding bitcoin -- still ongoing today. This process made him learn a lot, venture into new fields, and change some of his views. He is grateful to bitcoin for new insights, for meeting great people, visiting new places, and for inspiration and hope. He works in the area of bitcoin application development, and has smaller contributions to some open-source freedom-tech projects. Lately the strengthening of the local bitcoin community is also a priority for him, he is a contributing member of the Hungarian Huszonegy bitcoin community.
