Just as we no longer rely on carrier pigeons for everyday communication, we shouldn’t entrust our money’s security to the goodwill of others. Bitcoin is the only neutral form of money that restores consequences to the digital world, allowing us to finally build our future on mathematics instead of human emotions. I see Bitcoin as one of the most important projects in history. As one of the maintainers of Bitcoin Core’s open-source code, I focus primarily on benchmarking, performance optimization, and modernizing the codebase.
